Metaliko s.r.o. is a purely Czech engineering company engaged in the production and sale of welded structures, parts and assembly groups made of carbon and stainless steel, including surface treatments.

Our company management is aware of the growing demands of customers for the delivery of products in the required quality, agreed upon date, quantity and at competitive prices. The management of Metaliko s.r.o. therefore announces the following Quality Policy with the aim of fully satisfying the needs and expectations of our customers, employees, suppliers and all interested parties.

The basic points of this policy are:

Customer orientation:

  • A satisfied customer always comes first and foremost.
  • High focus on the quality of our products and services.
  • Building long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with customers.
  • For us, proof of customer satisfaction is always created by subsequent business activities.
  • Each product or service must create a recommendation for further business activity associated with our company at the destination.

Employee orientation:

  • Every employee at any level is a very important link in the operation of the entire company. Every employee must know his goals, have the necessary resources to achieve them, and must have sources of information about the achieved results (meetings and documents).
  • The company values ​​every employee and allows them to develop their skills, and also motivates its employees with benefits.
  • Creating a working environment that positively influences the fulfillment of quality requirements.

To achieve the above-mentioned points of this policy, the Company undertakes to:

  • To continuously improve the company’s quality management system.
  • To fulfill binding obligations – legal obligations.
  • To reduce risks in the area of ​​health and safety and the environment.
  • To actively support the introduction of new technologies that will benefit our customers and external service providers.
